Thomas F. Kraemer, M.D.
Medical Director

Dr. Kraemer joined Physicians' Diagnostics & Rehabilitation in April of 2003 after eight years of musculoskeletal practice in St. Cloud and Stillwater, Minnesota. In January of 2005, he became our Medical Director.

Dr. Kraemer earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1989, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 1993. He focuses his practice on the general non-operative management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders, with an emphasis on neck and back rehabilitation, and has lectured to medical audiences on both topics.

Dr. Kraemer has special interests in injury/illness prevention, MedX spinal rehabilitation, and wellness and health promotion. He has been instrumental in the development of specific PDR protocols for complex medical cases, with special interests and postgraduate training in the non-surgical and post-surgical management of spinal conditions.

In addition to being a great doctor, Dr. Kraemer is a great listener: "The biggest lesson I've learned over the years is the value of listening...letting my patients tell their story, and giving them the time to do so.".
